Ah...just went to watch Wall-E this afternoon. Really like the short animation clip in the beginning. So cute. T__T Well...about the movie...really like it and how they managed to somehow show Wall-E's emotions to clearly eventhough he's just a robot. XD

Well...past events...celebrated Mitch's bday n comin bck to Msia...though it was only for a short while. T_____T Mitch....eventhough I love to hit you....you still received the honour of me missing you. HAHAHA!

Well...then came Cho's bday. Glad you like ur prezzie! Woots! Neon, Ah Pai n me went over to Cho's hse. Totally stuffed myself, especially with junk food. Hahaha. Seldom get the chance to eat it so I grabbed the opportunity. Muahaha.

It's quite an old news but what the heck...I have not posted it yet. Well, here goes. Gackt will be starring in a Hollywood movie alongside Josh Hartnett in a movie entitled Bunraku

It was decided that Gackt plays in a Hollywood movie as an actor！ Snoot Entertainment company and Picturesque company started shooting a latest movie "BUNRAKU" staring Josh Hartnett（leading actor in "Pearl Harbor" (2001), the photograph left) and Demi Moore(leading actress in "ghost" (1990)). The some concerned with Hollywood film pay attention to Gackt who played the role of Kenshin Uesugi on the NHK TV saga "FU-RIN-KA-ZAN" last year. Guy Moshe who works for this scenario and the supervision of this work longed for Gackt as a partner of Josh Hartnett, the main charactor. The film director came to Japan himself and persuaded Gackt zealously to play in the film. His great zeal for Gackt touched his heart and made him decided to welcome the offer！

I'm honored that my expression of the new Kenshin Uesugi image I played in a TV saga "FU-RIN-KA-ZAN" last year was addmited in the world. In the setting of the huge world in the near future, I was very interested in the role that could express Bushido spirit as a partner of Josh Hartnett, leading actor.
More than eles, a film director himself came over to Japan and showed his great zeal for my appearence in the film. His such sincere attitude impressed me a lot and I felt that they are much in need of me in the film. So, I gave my willing consent to his offer.
I want to prove my performance and expression will be accepted in the world among the big actors representing Hollywood. Please expect me and look forward to it. I'll go to accomplish a dream again.

‘Bunraku’ is based on the similarly named theater puppets in Japan. These special type of Japanese puppets generally require three puppeteers to make everything move, from head to fingers. The main characteristic of the puppet is the face, which is able to transform quickly. A virgin can become the devil in a split-second.

Guy Moshe wrote the screenplay for the material arts movie, which he describes as being like ’spaghetti Westerns, samurai movies and gangster flicks.’ If this description isn’t confusing enough, the Bunraku movie is also said to be a mix of ‘video games, puppets, origami, comic books and German expressionism.’ Josh Hartnett says it like ‘Sin City,’ but not really. Are you still following me?

The story focuses on The Drifter (Josh Hartnett), who comes to a unknown town for revenge. Being a total stranger, he soon meets Yoshi (Gackt Camui), a samurai who’ll help him in his quest. We also know Demi Moore plays a slave, who has to marry her captor (Ron Perlman). Yes, Ron Perlman is the bad guy, no surprise there.

The movie will be a mix of CGI, green screens and actual sets, making the unique visual style the heart of ‘Bunraku.’ And because of its mix of styles and genres, it’s is produced for more of an international audience.

‘Bunraku’ is currently being filmed in Bucharest and will be out somewhere in 2009.

Well...due to a friend's pushing on updating my lj(u know who u are), as promised, I'm updating today! Ah...so nice to know you have a reader. So touched. *sob sob*

Well...besides being lazy in updating and having internet connection probs which seems to be better these past few days(pls don't let me have jinxed myself), I'm still working on my finals. Woot. THERE'S PROGRESS! Animation's almost done. I'm just refining some parts while 2 other of my members are testing the effects plus lighting. Results....not bad. XD I'll have to find more SFX's n music. >.< Though it's a pain....I like dealing with music.

Went to the Bon Odori last Sat with a few college friends. Got to meet checkerzelda, gerai_neon and ahpai. Too bad i didn't get to teh_o. Fate was not with us that night. T_T

Happy New Year to everyone. What I've been up to during my absence??

Went to Cambodia again to visit my Dad and ate a whole lot of FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!! 1st night was French food, then 2nd day...went to some taiwanese restaurant for breakfast for dim sum and their special pork leg soup. It was soooo good! You'll nvr find anything like dat in Msia. Then had lunch at a small shop owned by a fellow Msian. Her food is so good too. Dinner was porridge which was as usual...xtremely good too. Christmas eve....we had dinner in a German Restaurant. Yumz. I'll upload pics nxt time. XD

Then we came bck on Christmas night...went home to freshen up n went to my uncle's place for steamboat at 10pm. Hahahha.

New Year came.....and I went to camp with my graduation batch! In Kem Isi Rimba, Ulu Klang.

1st day
Left college at 8am...arrived around 9am. 1st activity was the ice-breaking session. It was really....breaking. My poor body. Then we had lunch. After that was PAINTBALL!! We got to have 2 rounds. Not really what I expected but it was still fun. Then took my bath in the bathroom which was situated so xtremely far from the camping ground. -_- After that was the night jungle trekking. Scary n tiring at 1st but fun later.

We had to go in one by one so that we'd b walking alone...flashlights were prohibited. There were checkpoints with candles though. Got to see many glow in the dark plants! So nice. So the place wasn't exactly pitchblack most of the time.

2nd day
It was more relaxed....this time...we had Basic Survival Skills. So yay...more jungle trekking. Steep, slippery, dangerous, nvr taken before route. Such joy. Then each group will be left alone to build a shelter, a fire n cook using bamboos. Later we had to make stretches....get the lightest member of the group to carry and walk bck to camp in the river. The river was so xtremely rocky and the current was so strong i almost fell multiple times. Then at night was RELAX!! That night's dinner was the best. Bbq! Then we headed bck to camp for a campfire where some of us gave feedbck bout the camp. Had snacks passed around and then we proceeded to games. at about 1 something...most ppl went to sleep leavin some of us outside talking or singing. Unfortunately...it's started raining.

3rd day

That was the final day of the camp. Activity of the day....obstacle course ended with abselling. I didn't join cause i think 85% of my upper body strength had been drained away. I AM an xtremely unfit person. Exercise is my ENEMY! XD well...then we left at 3 something in the afternoon.

P/s: I had 3 leech bites. XD

One more wk to term brk. Curse the college for shortening it from 4 wks to 3wks. T_T

I'm already in a holiday mood which is BAD! Still hav my animation to complete n business folder n COMPOSITING! AHHH!!

Oh..WEE HEE!! I'm finally supporting Laruku. Got their AWAKE album from Tower Records last Friday. Everything is 20% off till Jan so I got for RM39+. XD So happy.Would like to get their KISS album too when it comes to M'sian shores. *sigh*

Well..went to the 8TV station to have a tour around and get to know what happens there. The interior was er....kinda unexpected. O.o

The only famous person I saw or only recognise was Paul Moss. Hahahah.

Woo hoo... what happened since Friday....

Friday

to coll in the morn. Was supposed to stay till 12pm but ended up staying there till 6am finishing up the animatics drawings. Hahah. So semangat...n desperate. First to k'o was Kai Keat. Dat fella...then went dwn 2 others leaving Mr. Director n ME! ok..and also Kai yen but he's there doing his compositing.

Saturday

Arrived home at close to 7am in one piece. Phew. Mr Director was driving with Kai Keat beside. HAHAHA!! He was so worried. Took a bath, slept at 8, woke up at 1. Makan, then left the hse at 2.30pm to meet Royce at TOA which changed to KJ station. From there, went to Central, took monorail to Stadium Merdeka. Waited at the back of the stadium for entry. Gah. All the body heat. After about 2 hours or more...WE ENTERED!!

DBSK concert as usual...had superb stage design n effects. XD Really enjoyed though didn't get into is as much as last yr's concert as i was so far away. Took some pics with Royce. Sabrina came to join us too. Ahhh..i especially love their solo performances. Great vocals though i couldn't exactly understand the English songs. Whee..lotsa fireworks n FIRE!! Sab, Royce and I then walked to St Pasar Seni and got kinda lost at first. Caught the last train n arrived safely home at 12 something. I was supposed to get some wrk done later but...i ko'ed.

Sunday

Woke up at 2 n received an sms from Kai Keat that he'd pick me up at 3 or 4. Got ready and close to 4...left the hse n went to fetch CK who decided that we all finished the wrk in his hse. Leader mah..so havto listen. ahahah. so the upstairs was dubbed 3D lab n his room...or technically his sis room was dubbed the 2d lad by CK who was oh so free kacauing us 4 poor workers. *just jk* XD

While wrking, Kai Keat, Jothan n Kevin sedang syok recording vids. Well..especially Kai Keat n CK. Damn crazy ppl. Wrk was finally finished at 5 am and so the 3 members went their way while CK sent me home again. Well...thx for using ur petrol on me. You could just leave me to jalan kaki home. Hahaha. Choi!
